Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rooten. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days from the date of shipment. Most orders arrive within this window, though delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs and import processing
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume seasonal periods
  • Remote or rural delivery addresses

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@getrooten.com with your order number.

Delivery and Lost Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the package is your responsibility. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but not received.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors and household members
  2. Looking around your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms)
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  4. Checking with your local post office or carrier hub

If after taking these steps you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@getrooten.com and we will do our best to assist, though final resolution may be subject to carrier policy.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@getrooten.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getrooten.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and make it right.
