We want you to love Rooten. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getrooten.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We review each request individually and respond within 1-2 business days.
No Physical Return Required
In most cases, we do not require items to be physically returned. Once your refund is approved, you may keep, discard, or donate the product at your discretion. This streamlined process helps us resolve issues quickly and reduces unnecessary shipping waste.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getrooten.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and make it right.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged through customer misuse, accident, or normal wear
- Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards (unless otherwise stated)
- Orders flagged for suspected abuse of our refund policy
For bundle and multi-pack orders, refunds are issued on the full bundle price, not pro-rated by individual items.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at support@getrooten.com.
Policy Limitations
We reserve the right to require photo or video evidence to verify refund requests, to limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse, and to decline service to customers who repeatedly abuse our refund policy. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
